Guest Services Manager – Elk at Falls
A position is now available for an experienced full-time Guest Services Manager for Winter Season 2018 at Elk at Falls.
We require an experienced, flexible and hard working guest services manager to run our beautiful new accommodation facility and to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The position starts from 1st June 2018 until season close, approximately 7th October 2018.
We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills, extensive hospitality industry experience in a management capacity and excellent communication skills. A high level of attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and superior organisational skills are essential requirements of this role.
