The centre is staffed by experienced doctors and nurses - treatment is on a triage basis only; patients are seen in order of arrival and medical priority so you may need to wait to be seen if there are more critical patients requiring treatment. Appointments cannot be made in advance.
The Falls Creek Medical Centre operates daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm during the peak snow season, with the last patient admission at 5:00pm. Opening hours may be reduced to 10:00am to 4:00pm at the beginning and end of the season, depending on snow conditions.
