FCRM – Volunteer Guest Services Officer
Falls creek Resort Management is looking to recruit a number of seasonal Guest Services Officers
The purpose of this role is to provide an easily identifiable roaming information resource for visitors and to point visitors in the right direction, including online resources. Carrying out face-to-face visitor surveys via iPad and enhancing the visitor overall experience.
This is a volunteer only position requiring 15 hours of work between January and April 2009. All volunteers successfully performing the prescribed 15 hours will be issued a 2019 Resort Entry Season Pass for vehicle access during the 2019 snow season.
