Peaks Challenge Falls Creek 2026

Please find some important information regarding Peaks Challenge 2026.

Peaks Challenge will be travelling through our region on Sunday 8th March, and as a result there will be changed traffic conditions in place (please refer to table).

Event Details
Date: Sunday 8th March 2026
Route: Loop Ride – Falls Creek to Falls Creek via Mount Beauty, Harrietville, Dinner Plain, Omeo and Anglers Rest
Distance: 235km
Riders: 2000 approx.

In addition to the above road closures, there will also be changed traffic conditions in the area which may include speed reductions and the presence of traffic controllers.

The treatments, which take into consideration the safety of all road users, have been implemented following extensive consultation with Councils, VicRoads and Victoria Police.
