Falls Creek Crown
Leaving the village of Falls Creek, ride smoothly along the aqua duct out to the Nordic Bowl, home of Australia’s famous World Hoppet race and the rocky valley dam. Turn to the pretty valley road that leads to the top of the Summit (1,780 Mt) of Falls Creek. At the top of the summit walk along the magic spur line of frying pan spur to overlook the Kiewa Valley, Mt Bogong, the Fainters mountain group and Jaithmathang. Returning to the e-bikes to have a gentle ride down to the Pretty valley pondage and cattle huts, to explore the pastures of yesteryear and set up for our high plains lunch setting. After lunch ride under the rocky knolls and via the Sun valley loop to once again return to the easy village life of Falls Creek.
