Last Chance Refund Requests

The 2021 snow season has not gone exactly to plan for many. As we draw to a close Falls Creek Resort Management would like to ensure that Resort Entry Permit holders that were unable to visit the resort due to government restrictions receive a refund for their permit, if eligible, as per the terms & conditions of purchase.

These restrictions include:

  • Stay at home directives (lockdowns)
  • State border closures
  • Resort closure due to government directive

Applicable to all 2021 Resort Entry Permits as per the Terms and Conditions of purchase:

  • A Refund Request form must be completed to receive a refund. It will not be automatically refunded.
  • All Refund Requests forms must be submitted to Falls Creek Resort Management before the 8th of October 2021.
  • Permits will not be credited to the 2022 snow season.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days from accepted submissions.

2021 Resort Entry Season Permit Holders

If you were unable to visit the resort in the 2021 declared snow season due to an imposed government directive such as those listed above (or see clause 13, Resort Entry Season Permit 2021) you may be eligible for a refund.

A pro-rata refund option is also available for those Season Permit Holders that were able to visit for a portion of the season. See the table below:

Steps to request a 2021 Season Permit refund:

  1. Download the Refund Request Form through the button below
  2. Complete, sign and return via email to [email protected]
  3. Ensure you select a box in the 'pro-rata' section on the form
  4. Please provide supporting documents including;

    1. image of the Season Permit destroyed (photo of permit cut up)
    2. if your resort bookings were partially or completely outside of a lockdown period please provide proof of the cancellation of an accommodation booking

  5. Forms must be submitted by the 8th of October 2021 (see T&Cs).

2021 Resort Entry Permits (general / short-term)

If you were unable to visit the resort due to a government directive such as the above-listed reasons, you are eligible for a refund on your pre-paid Resort Entry Permit for your vehicle.

Please follow the below steps to request a refund for your 2021 General Resort Entry Permit:

  1. Download the Refund Request Form through the button below
  2. Complete, sign and return via email to [email protected]
  3. Forms must be submitted by the 8th of October 2021 (see T&Cs).
  4. Please provide supporting documents such as the cancellation of an accommodation booking if your permit was partially or completely outside of a lockdown period.
