Vehicle Resort Entry Refunds for Restricted and Interstate Residents

Stage 3 Stay at Home restrictions, were as of last night, reinstated across metropolitan Melbourne and the Mitchell Shire. The Chief Health Officer has advised that residents from these areas already in Falls Creek can complete their stay but cannot extend their holiday. For further information please Click Here.

Those who can no longer visit us due to restrictions can receive a full refund for their vehicle resort entry day, multi day or season pass. All partially used permits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.  If you have already received your 2020 vehicle resort entry season pass, for us to process your refund, we will require you to post it back via registered post, to:
Falls Creek Resort Management, 1 Slalom Street, Falls Creek Victoria 3699.

This offer is also extended to all inter-state residents who are also no longer able to visit us due to state border closures. However every State is treating border management differently, so it is recommended that you check your relevant State Government coronavirus (COVID-19) website to fully understand how these control measures may affect your planned holiday at Falls Creek.
