Yes, when the magic carpet is operating all users must make a booking to be able to use the toboggan park area and magic carpet. Users must book a 50 minute time slot via the online booking form. You can also book and pay on arrival however you are not guaranteed a slot. 

Sessions on the toboggan park and magic carpet are $20 per person, per 50 minute session. This does not include toboggan hire.

Users should arrive at the toboggan park 10 minutes prior to their allotted booking time to allow for checking in with staff to ensure users have the correct toboggan and clothing. 

Children 3 years and under or shorter than 135cm must be accompanied by an adult on the toboggan slope and magic carpet.

Yes. To ensure safety measures are being followed, there is a maximum of 50 users allowed in the toboggan park for each 50 minute session. 

Yes you can, all bookings must still be made through the booking form. Although spaces are limited to 50 per session, so you are not guaranteed a spot. To ensure you get your preferred time, it is encouraged to book in advance prior to arriving at the toboggan park.

If you need to cancel or change your time once booked, you can do so via the respective links or contact information in your confirmation email. 

Toboggans can be hired from a number of venues at Falls Creek, including the Windy Corner Cafe (opposite the toboggan slope), Halley's, Yogi's and Central Snowsports. 

Yes you can, although there are firm restrictions on what toboggans can be used. All toboggans must be moulded plastic. Snow bikes, inflatable toboggans, snow mats, metal or wooden bases, compressed foam or any sled over 2.5kg are strictly prohibited. 

Refunds will only be available to guests that have booked a session if the toboggan slope is closed due to poor weather conditions, lack of snow or other operational issues. They will not be issued if you missed your session or came late.

Toboggan bookings (wristbands) are non-transferrable once the guest has begun their session.
