An opportunity has arisen for additional Visitor Information and Resort Entry Officers. If you are great with customers and thrive in a busy work environment this is the job for you. Hours will be varied and flexible but could be up to 38 hours per week.
This position is a customer service role, providing visitor information and ticketing services to guests of Falls Creek. This position deals with a variety of customer and stakeholder queries and provision of resort services, including resort entry, permit processing and gym membership from the Falls Creek Visitor Information Centre and Howmans Gap Ticket Box.
