Resort Management is recruiting a seasonal winter staff member in a customer service role, providing visitor information and ticketing services to guests of Falls Creek. This position deals with a variety of customer and stakeholder queries and provision of resort services, including resort entry, permit processing and gym membership from the Falls Creek Visitor Information Centre and ticket box.

This is a 38 hr/week role with a flexible roster that may include evening and weekend work. Staff accommodation at Falls Creek will be available for the successful applicant.
