Resort Management is recruiting seasonal winter staff for a number of vacancies in a customer service role, providing visitor information and ticketing services to guests of Falls Creek. This position deals with a variety of customer and stakeholder queries and provision of resort services, including resort entry, pass processing and gym membership from the Falls Creek Visitor Information Centre and ticket box.

This position has a flexible roster that may include evening and weekend work. Subsidised staff accommodation at Falls Creek may be available for the successful applicants.
