2020 Resort Entry Refund Policy Communication

To our valued guests,

We wish to provide you with an update on our operations as a result of the uncertainty created by the coronavirus (COVID-19). The restrictions put in place by the Australian government and Victorian government, under the Declared State of Emergency, have impacted us all enormously, and we want to ensure that all of our guests are safe.

With this in mind, we have developed this refund policy for those guests who have purchased a Resort Entry Seasons Pass (or paid an instalment for any such pass) (Pass Holders). These passes include:

  1. Early Bird Season Pass
  2. Over 65’s Season Pass
  3. 2019/2020 FOMO Season’s Pass


Delayed Snow Season

We are excited to announce that the 2020 snow season is commencing on the 22nd of June. If you do not wish to proceed with your 2020 Resort Entry Season Pass the following options are available to Pass Holders:

Cancellation: You may cancel your pass (prior to use) any time before the 18th of June 2020 by filling out this Refund or Credit Request Form. This option allows you to wait and see if the restrictions will be lifted in time for you to still benefit from the 2020 snow season. If the restrictions are eased, you can simply proceed as usual and take advantage of your pass for the remainder of the snow season after paying any outstanding instalments on your seasons pass.

Credit: You may credit the amount that you have already paid towards a 2021 Snow Season Pass. If you choose to exercise this option, we will provide you with a 'price freeze' guarantee, meaning that any outstanding instalments (if any) will only be charged according to our 2020 Snow Season pricing schedule. This request should be made the Refund or Credit Request Form no later than the 18th of June 2020.

If we do not receive communication from you in regard to either of the options outlined above by the 18th of June 2020, we will assume that you still wish to receive your Season’s Pass and use it for the delayed 2020 snow season.
