Milch Café Bar in FALLS CREEK, VICTORIA is open for the duration of the snow season June until October. Situated in the heart of Falls Creek, VICTORIA, Milch Café Bar is a funky, modern venue offering a unique dining experience. Open for brunch, lunch, apres, cocktails and dinner 7 days a week and seating up to 50 people per sitting, we are dedicated to delivering an outstanding regional experience with an innovative, diverse and contemporary menu showcasing fresh and locally sourced seasonal produce.

We are looking for committed, skilled and enthusiastic chefs, cooks, baristas and wait staff who work with pride, passion and commitment to providing excellent service and delivering the highest quality food to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Milch Café Bar is a fast paced, high intensity and vibrant workplace. We work closely within our team and work hard to maintain a work/ snow / life balance.
As a member of the front of house team, you will need to be able to carry 3 plates, carry a full tray of drinks, provide table a high level of table service including upselling, be punctual, honest and have a great sense of humour.

As a member of our kitchen team you will be trade qualified or similarly certified, sound knife skills, understanding of HACCAP controls and food hygiene standards.
Milch Café Bar is an open kitchen environment; we expect a high level of personal presentation and the ability to work with FOH staff in a constructive, respectful and professional manner. Show flexibility within your position; assist with other departments, EG: snow shovelling, picking up deliveries.
