Quality Modern Australian cuisine at its finest, with a twist of Argentina and many char-grilled meat and sides delivered by Sergio, our head chef. Sergio sources the freshest of produce from local suppliers and crafts them from scratch to produce the tastiest and crispest of textures.

Our 2022 Menu has been improved to include even more wholesome house-made contents of bread, starters, mains with many vegan, vegetarian, and GF options, the team will ensure a most memorable dining experience on the mountain.

Our full menu runs every day, and during winter our Fridays are bubbled up with fresh Coffin Bay Oysters shucked to order and washed down with Laurent Perrier, Patricia, or a local Prosecco.

Our bar kicks off with Happy Hour(s) from 4 pm daily. We have Carlton Draught and the local Bridge Road beers on tap. Their range of bottled beers and cider, along with favorites; Corona, Heineken, Peroni, and local heroes VB, Coopers Pale, Pure Blonde, and Cascade Light.

The wine list is heavily weighted towards the wines of Victoria’s North East featuring Brown Brothers, Fowles, Campbells, Pizzini and Gapsted by the glass and the bottle with other classics from Coonawarra, The Mornington and Bellarine Peninsula’s, Marlborough and we pour Laurent Perrier by the glass on Fridays when its Oysters, Shots & Bubbles.

Our talented bar staff can mix the meanest cocktails. Choose from Espresso Martini, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Shakka Takka our Winter Warmer or challenge them to invent a new one!
