| The Red Room is our speakeasy cocktail bar, with an extensive range of cocktails, premium spirits and wine. The grand piano features live Jazz most nights of the week during winter. The Bass Bar is where much of the action takes place! Downstairs, this is where some of the biggest names in the country hit the stage. Some of the previous headlines include. John Course, The Living End, Bliss and Eso, and Spiderbait to name just a few. |
| Monday is Jug night, Tuesday is local band night, Thursday chill out with Dylan in the Red Room, Friday and Saturday features a DJ on the main stage and Dylan in the Red Room and Sunday we have $15 pasta wiith a glass of wine/pot of beer. The whole venue is smoke free. We have a giant screen for sport and other events, fooz, pool and darts! The Bar opens at 4:00pm and the Kitchen takes orders for main meals from 5:30pm til 10pm and serves pizzas right up until midnight and bar snacks until 1:00am. |

| The Man Hotel has a big reputation for it's mouth-watering gourmet pizzas and tasty pub meals. Our kitchen is in the hands of some very talented world class chef's who love the snow. Our pizzas include the usual traditional style, plus a creative range of gourmet pizzas. The Main fare includes steaks, curries, fish, duck and much more. Our dining area is lively and bustling. We don't take bookings, and although we do get busy we will always find room for you. We have a kids menu, desserts to die for and great coffee. Come in early for après entertainment, pre dinner drinks and some tasty bar snacks. |
