MORRISON STREET CONTINENTAL BUTCHERY Specializing in aged on the bone grass fed beef and lamb from the Alpine Valleys and a unique range of smoked and fresh smallgoods. NORTH EAST VENISON Red deer farmed organically from the lush natural pastures in the heart of the alpine valleys. MOUNTAIN FRESH TROUT AND SALMON FARM Fresh trout and salmon naturally grown in the pristine waters of Stoney Creek direct from Mount Feathertop. GUNDOWRING ICE-CREAM Our ice-cream is produced at the Gundowring Homestead from milk from the family’s own dairy cows, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives are used – made the fresh old fashioned way. MOUNTAIN VIEW CHESTNUTS Fresh chestnuts sourced from the Alpine Valley region including Wandilligong, Buffalo River and Stanley. MILAWA FREE RANGE POULTRY Our poultry comes from Milawa Free Range Farm – purely organic (quail & duck), chemical and growth hormone free. RAMELTON FARM EGGS Free range organic farm situated at Wangaratta. KIEWA ESTATE COLD PRESSED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL Our olive oil is produced on the banks of the Kiewa River using organic farm practises, hand harvested in early winter and cold pressed. |
