 Enjoy your snow holiday. Our position high in the Victorian Alps ensures that Falls Creek receives abundant natural snow, but when Mother Nature doesn’t come to the party, we simply make our own. Falls Creek’s Snowsports Guarantee* provides valuable peace of mind allowing you to confidently pre-book your holiday package.
*All payments proved to be received (less booking fee) will be refunded, if 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek. This guarantee does not apply if snowsport runs at the Resort cannot be accessed should lifts be unable to operate due to other conditions. This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.
