| Booking Conditions
* per person no meals included.
* Bed linen included, towels and bathmats provided, but not toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.)
* Guests share cleaning of communal kitchen/dining area and service own rooms during their stay to keep rates low.
* Some food staples provided - milk (winter only), instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oils, sauces, etc.
* No minimum night stay applies
* Cancellation fees apply.
* Child Concession: Children under 2 years free of charge, discounts for children 2-17 years shown above.
* Single Supplement: per person rate plus 75%.
