Falls Creek has a Primary School year round while during winter the Falls Creek Alpine Academy has been established for visiting secondary school aged students living on the mountain for winter.

The Falls Creek Primary School takes a limited number of winter enrolments above the year round student base. Students must be enrolled for the entire term. For more information contact Falls Creek Primary School on 03 5758 3311. The school is located on Slalom Street between Christie and Arlberg Streets.

The Falls Creek Academy has been established for secondary school aged students who participate in Race Club during the winter. Schooling has been arranged to fit around the race training and competition schedule.

Students must gain approval from their home schools to participate in the Falls Creek Academy. Home schools then send work to the students who complete this with the aid of experienced and knowledgable tutors. A minimum passing grade is required for students to continue participating in race training activities.
