When you arrive at Falls Creek by car, you will need to expect a couple of things on arrival. One is the Resort Entry Permit which can be either for the length of your visit or a season pass, payment will be on arrival unless arranged earlier. Secondly it is good to understand the Parking and Oversnow Transport process, so please read on if you plan to drive to Falls Creek.

Parking
Parking conditions at Falls Creek change with the seasons.
Parking in the Village
In summer parking is permitted in designated areas throughout the village. Please ensure you do not park in front of garbage disposal points and drive carefully - our roads are our walkways as well.
During the snow season no visitor parking is permitted within the confines of the Falls Creek village. This is to alleviate any congestion and ensure safe access for emergency and snow clearing vehicles. To assist business operations, managers with authorised permits may park their cars in the village when roads are cleared of snow.
Day Parking (winter only)
On arrival into the resort you can self park into any designated day parking area. If arriving before 7am ensure you park in an overnight parking space as day car parks must remain vacant for safety and snow clearing until after 7am each day.
If you intend to cross country ski the best car park to use is the last one at the top of the resort called Windy Corner Car Park.
Overnight / Long term Parking (winter only)
Parking attendants will meet you adjacent to the Oversnow Terminal on your arrival into the resort. This courtesy parking service operates to and from the Oversnow terminal every day from 7am. Hours of operation are 7am to midnight Monday to Thursday, 7am to 2am Friday and 7am to 1am on weekends.
Arriving vehicles are escorted to the long-term overnight parking locations and the drivers are returned to the Oversnow terminal. Departing guests will also be picked up at the Oversnow terminal and taken to their vehicles during these times. This service is free.
If you arrive at a time when no attendants are on duty, signs will show you where to leave your car (in signed overnight car parking areas).
