The mission of Falls Creek Resort Management is to:

- enhance the experience of all guests visiting Falls Creek;
- facilitate investment in sustainable all season recreation opportunities and development at the resort;
- deliver long term sustainable social and economic benefits to the local and regional community and to the people of Victoria;
- preserve the natural environment and heritage for future generations;
- maintain and manage the public assets of the resort and administer Crown leases and licences within the resort;
- respect and protect the interests and rights of Indigenous Australians;
- be an employer of choice with strongly held organisational values
