Car-free, hassle free, New Year's Eve @ Falls Creek!

 There will none of the expected chaos (in Melbourne) with public transport for New Year's Eve revelers at Falls Creek.
A very hot day, followed by a warm evening in Melbourne, could test the post-celebration patience of many in the big smoke as they endeavour to get home after celebrating the arrival of 2008.
In the high country resort of Falls Creek it will be just the opposite. It will be much cooler and partygoers can wend their way back to their lodge or apartment without having to use any form of public transport.
After a fine dining experience with live music, or a fun-filled night at numerous bars and restaurants no one needs to drive. You don't need taxi, everywhere in Falls Creek is only a short walk home.
Milch Cafe - 5 course dinner plus glass of champagne and live music for $79 per head. Need to pre book.
Winterhaven - Dinner only.
The Man Hotel will be open for gourmet pizzas and great value pub food, and later DJ Ned-alicious will have the dance floor pumping. Open until 1:30am!
The Country Club will cater for families offering an a-la-carte menu between 6-9.30pm and children's movies from 6pm. There will also be a BBQ lunch offered at the Country Club on New Years Day!
JB's Restaurant is offering a choice of a 3-course Bohemian-style dinner $55 adults or $35 for a child. Or a 3-course fondue (cheese, meat + chocolate) for $65 per adult and $45 per child. Each three-course New Year's Eve dinner includes a free glass of sparkling wine.
There will be a Free, family-friendly, open air cinema in the Village Bowl between 8.30pm and Midnight. BYO warm blanket or jacket (or both).
