New CEO for Falls Creek Resort Managment.

The Chair of the Falls Creek Alpine Resort Management Board, Mr Mark Anderson, today announced the appointment of Mr David Herman to the role of Chief Executive Officer at Falls Creek Resort Management. Mr Anderson said that Mr Herman was appointed after an extensive recruitment process and has accepted a four year appointment, commencing on 7 May 2010. “David is a seasoned CEO who has a broad and varied commercial background that will enable him to build on the work already underway to transform Falls Creek into a world class all seasons destination,” he said. “David is very familiar with Falls Creek and the opportunities to further develop the resort.” “David and his family are looking forward to the move to Falls Creek and to playing an active part in the ongoing development of a vibrant resort based community,” he said. “David will be working with outgoing CEO Ross Passalaqua to ensure a smooth and seamless handover in the lead up to the 2010 ski season” Mr Anderson said.
