Koki Alpine Resort also offer an additional Snowsport Assurance.
If 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs, Koki Alpine Resort gives you following choices:

- Cancellations requiring a refund will be charged a booking fee equalling 15% of the booking total. The remainder of payments received will be refunded.
- Guests wishing to defer their booking will not incur a cancellation fee. All monies received will be held in credit for use at a later date in the current season or following season by arrangement.
- If you decide to come with knowledge of limited snow cover - we will give you 50% discount on our regular advertised tariff. What's more... If ski runs become skiable while you are staying with us - your 50% discount will still apply.
- This option does not apply to "Last Minute Deals".
