Booking Conditions: To secure a booking 50% of total tariff is required as a deposit within 7 days. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If the deposit or balance is not paid by the due dates then the booking will be deemed cancelled. Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a booking fee of 15% per apartment. If cancelled 60 – 45 days prior to arrival a deduction of 50% of the tariff will be made unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of 15% will be charged per apartment. NO REFUND if cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival unless the apartment is re – let in which case a booking fee of 15% will be charged per apartment. Extra persons are at manager’s discretion. Charges apply. Check – IN time 4: 30 p.m. Check – OUT time is 9:30 a.m. BOND : a bond of $500.00 is charged on all apartments on arrival.
