Alpine Wild Walk - Shuttle

The Alpine Wild Walk Shuttle enables walkers to reach the start of the popular Alpine Wild Walk at Mt Hotham. Discover the spectacular Bogong High Plains and walk from Mt Hotham to Falls Creek! Be amazed at the array of wildflowers, spectacular mountain vistas and maybe even get a glimpse of some wild horses!

When: 7am every Thursday and Saturday during summer. Please contact us for any alternate days.

* Alpine weather conditions can change suddenly and without warning. We suggest that all walkers be prepared with appropriate clothing, food, water, map and first aid kit. Please ensure your trip details are left with a reliable contact person.

Historic Huts Experience (2 hours)

Join one of our guided walks on Mondays or Fridays and check out some of Australia’s most famous and oldest mountain huts, registered with the National Trust.

High Plains Vista Tour (3 hours)

Explore the Bogong High Plains and venture out over Pretty Valley Dam on one of our guided walks. Our experience guide will take you to some of the most spectacular country on the High Plains. Take in the views with some of the tallest mountains in Victoria and walk amongst the wildflowers in brumby country.

Sunset Tours

At 1842m the highest drivable peak in Victoria will provide you with spectacular views of the Kiewa Valley, Pretty Valley, Mt Hotham, Mt Feathertop and Rocky Valley Lake – you will be provided with bubbles and canapés while you enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

When: Throughout summer
Cost: $30 for tour and hamper or $25 for hamper.
