Group Lessons are great fun and the best way to meet new people while skiing.
|
Your instructor will have you cruising the best runs for your ability taking advantage of the Snowsports express lift line ensuring as much practice time as possible.

Group Lessons…
|
"School was never like this". Single or multi day class lessons are available for enthusiasts at all levels. You'll be amazed at the difference a lesson can make.
|
Remember, lessons are even cheaper when you buy them together with your lift pass. Class lessons for both adults and children commence at 10:00am and 1:30pm.

First Time Savings
|
If you’ve never skied before, purchase a Falls Beginners Ticket and save. This reduced price pass lets you access the lifts best suited to beginners saving the rest of the resort until tomorrow!

Meeting Place
|
Ski lessons leave the designated meeting place promptly at 10:00am for morning classes and 1:30pm for afternoon classes.

Skiing Grading Levels
|
Level 1 First Time Skier
|
We will learn balance in motion and controlling our speed using a snowplow on gentle terrain.
|
Level 2 Snowplow Stop
|
We can make a straight snowplow and stop. We will learn how to link snowplow turns.
|
Level 3 Linked Snowplow Turns to Basic Christie
|
We can make linked snowplow turns on green runs such as Wombats Ramble. We will learn how to match the skis at the end of our turns and venture on to more difficult terrain.

Level 4 Stem Christie Turns
|
We can make stem christie turns on blue runs like Main Street and Highway 83. We will learn how to ski parallel.
|
Level 5 Parallel Turns
|
We can make parallel turns using our poles on all blue runs and we can ski comfortably on groomed black runs. We will learn a variety of parallel turns.
|
Level 6 Carved Turns
|
We can make strong parallel turns and can ski black terrain in all snow conditions. We will work on skill development, tactics and versatility at a high level.'
|
Level 7 Expert Skiers
|
We can confidently ski the race course, bumps and all terrain in any snow conditions. We will be fine tuning skills at the highest level.
