SUMMER BOOKING CONDITIONS
Minimum stay five nights during Christmas/NYE, minimum stay three nights for Easter, minimum two night stay at all other times except Central Penthouse which has 5 night minimum stay at all times. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This must be received within one week of the booking being made. The 50% balance must be paid six weeks before arrival. When a booking is made within six weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. If the booking is cancelled more than six weeks before arrival, Frueauf Village will refund the deposit less a cancellation fee of $300 which will be retained by Frueauf Village. If the booking is cancelled less than six weeks before arrival, Frueauf Village will attempt to re-let the week and if Frueauf Village can re-let the apartment; the money held by Frueauf Village will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee which will be retained by Frueauf Village. If Frueauf Village cannot re-let the apartment, all moneys held by Frueauf Village will be retained.
