Join the green team - Feel like getting your hands dirty? Help us with our revegetation program by planting alpine shrubs and grasses.

Sat 3rd 10am - 12 noon:

Get creative - Join us as we make some spectacular Easter Bonnets that will be sure to win you a place in our Sunday Easter Festival competition.

Sun 4th starts 9am:

Falls Creek Cadbury Easter Festival - With 9,000 eggs from Cadbury's you are sure to enjoy this festival!

Mon 5th 10-12 noon:

Cookie Monsters - Help us cook, decorate and eat cookies!

Easter Bonnet Competition

Easter Sunday the 4th. Enter in one or both of our Easter Competitions for the chance to win great Prizes. Easter Crafts on Saturday the 3rd gives you a great opportunity to create the perfect entry!

Summit Chairlift Rides

The Summit Chairlift located in the Village Bowl will run from 11am – 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. Cost is $10 adults and $6 children (6 - 14 years) for return ride or $20 adult and $12 child for all day use. Children 5 and under and people over 70 years are free.

Easter Bunny Visits

The Easter Bunny will visit selected venues on Saturday evening. Ask your lodge manager if the Easter Bunny is coming to your lodge! Also coming to the Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday.

Saturday 3rd
Free Open-Air Cinema in the Village Green (opposite Julian's Lodge) at Sunset. Bring your family, a warm jacket, a blanket & a low comfy chair.

Sunset Tours – Mt McKay

Running on Friday, Sunday and Monday over the Easter weekend from 6:30pm. This is the highest drivable peak in Victoria and will provide you with spectacular views of the Kiewa Valley, Pretty Valley, Mt Hotham, Mt Feathertop and Rocky Valley Lake – you will be provided with bubbles and canapés while you enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Self Guided Walks

Pick up a map from Falls Creek Licensed Supermarket or Falls Creek Gully Information Centre to find your own way to special places around Falls Creek.

BIG Easter Breakfast

Easter Sunday from 9.00am. Visitors to Falls Creek and local residents are invited to share some Easter spirit at the BIG Breakfast in the Village Bowl.

We will have everything you could wish for, including eggs, bacon, sausages, juice, tea/coffee and hot cross buns.

All money raised will go towards the Falls Creek community.

Cadbury GIANT Easter Egg Hunt

Easter Sunday the annual Cadbury Easter Egg hunt will be held in the Village Bowl and is free for all the kids visiting or living in Falls Creek. Cadbury has provided a stack of eggs so come along and gather your share!

Eggstra-ordinary Egg Toss

Easter Sunday: After the Egg Hunt in the Village Bowl, this popular egg tossing competition sees the winner take away a family weekend package to Falls Creek in the 2010 winter season.

Ecumenical Easter Service

Easter Service will be held in the Village bowl. Everyone is invited to come along and celebrate Easter with our local celebrant Shirley Christie.

Falls Creek to Hotham Shuttle

Why not get out on the high plains Easter Saturday and walk from Hotham to Falls Creek.

A tour bus will be leaving Falls Creek at 7am to drop you at Hotham, so you and your friends can make your way back across the spectacular Bogong High Plains - Fantastic views, historic huts and a chance to see wild brumbies.
