| A 30% deposit is required within fourteen days of confirmation of reservation. Balance is due thirty days prior arrival. Bookings made with less than thirty days prior arrival require full payment with seven days of confirmation. Cancellations made thirty days prior arrival receive a full refund less $60 or 10% (whichever is greater) per person booking fee. Less than thirty days there is no refund unless the room is rebooked. Refunds are at the discretion of management. Occupancy is based on twin share as a minimum and single supplement is charged at 50% in addition to the stated tariff. Family Tariffs are based on 2 adults and 2 children (6-14 years) sharing room.
