Peak Season Early Bird Special*: 10% Discount off Peak rates on direct bookings of 5 nights or more, paid in full prior to May 1st 2012 (* conditions apply).
To secure your booking, 10% Deposit is required within 14 days (7 days after May 1) with 40% of the total tariff required as a 2nd deposit by set date in February. Balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 15% or $150 booking fee (whichever is the greater). If cancelled 60 – 45 days prior to arrival a deduction of 50% of the total tariff will be made unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of 15% or $150 (whichever is the greater) will be charged per apartment. No refund if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of 15% or $150 (whichever is the greater) will be charged per apartment. Extra persons only with managers approval prior to arrival. Charges apply. A security bond is charged on all apartments.
