Peak Season Early Bird Special*: 10% Discount off Peak rates on direct bookings of 5 nights or more, paid in full prior to April 1st 2009 (* conditions apply).
To secure your booking, 50% of the total tariff is required as a deposit within 14 days. Balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation up to 60 prior to arrival will incur a $150 booking fee. If canceled 60 – 45 days prior to arrival a deduction of 50% of the total tariff will be made unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of $150 will be charged per apartment. No refund if canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival unless the apartment is re-let in which case a booking fee of $150 will be charged per apartment. Extra persons only with managers approval prior to arrival. Charges apply. A security bond is charged on all apartments.
