- A child is any person of highschool age or younger.
- An infant is any child under the age of 2y/o who will sit on their parent's lap and not occupy a seat (Not recommended between Melbourne and Falls Creek as it is a 6 hour journey).

BOGONG VILLAGE:

- Pickup and drop-off point is beside the shelter situated at the main road entrance to the village.
- The service does not go down into the village.
- Passengers must make themselves clearly visible to the driver for pickup. Flag driver as the coach approaches.

HOWMAN'S GAP:
|
- Pickup and drop-off point is at the entrance to Howman's Gap.
- The service does not go down into the complex.
- Passengers must make themselves clearly visible to the driver for pickup. Flag driver as the coach approaches.

MYRTLEFORD:
|
- This service is only available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Pickup and drop-off points are; Outside the public toilets when traveling to Melbourne OR outside the Information Centre and Post Office when traveling to Mt Beauty/Falls Creek.
- The passenger must make themselves known to the driver.
