Astra Lodge is offering a timetable to happiness - spring detox - a day of rejuvenation for body and mind on September 22.

The complete day of rejuvenation will begin at 9.30am with a 75 minute group yoga class ($15 per person).
Following the yoga class is a 45 minute massage workshop for couples, singles and friends ($10 a head), then between 12.30 and 4.30pm the
Astra Lodge indoor pool, spa and aromatic sauna will be open to everyone for a modest fee of $10.
During the afternoon participants are invited to enjoy a 15 minute poolside massage by Stacey or Adam ($20 per person) and the spring detox theme concludes with a 75 minute poolside yoga session ($15 a head) starting at 5pm.
