This year is the 10th season Falls Creek Snowmobile Tours has been running and to celebrate they have bought 10 brand new Snowmobiles. After a few delays getting them to Australia, they have arrived and the resort is blanketed with a spectacular cover, busting for the fun to begin. There is no better way to explore the backcountry of Falls Creek than driving your own snowmobile or experiencing the spectacular views as a passenger. These new machines now make for an even more comfortable ride with lighter steering, comfortable seats, heated hand and thumb warmers, push button reverse and hand protectors for the passengers. Our guides will take you to the pristine backcountry of Falls Creek, areas almost untouched by others. Whether you climb to the top of Mt McKay (the highest drivable point in Australia, 1842 metres) for 360 degrees of spectacular views or head down windy tree shrouded Road 24, you are sure to set your eyes on some of the best snow covered backcountry Australia has to offer.
